Moving AI From Experimentation to Scaled Adoption

Victoria works where ambition meets regulation. Asset managers do not struggle to imagine what artificial intelligence could do for them. They struggle to sequence it, govern it, and prove it works before the enthusiasm fades. Victoria builds the path between the two.

As a key member of the leadership team at a global asset manager, she helped define the firm’s AI strategy and roadmap for the distribution organization, prioritizing high-value use cases and sequencing initiatives to move from experimentation toward scaled adoption. She directed the effort to bring Salesforce Agentforce into the firm through a pilot program building AI agents that automate work across distribution, and partnered with data and technology teams to pilot Snowflake Cortex generative AI capabilities that make firm data easier to explore and interrogate. She also led the introduction of Robotic Process Automation, repurposing a full-time headcount to higher-value work.

The through line is discipline. She introduced a data product ownership function with governance, KPIs, and monitoring, establishing the trusted data foundation that accurate analytics and responsible AI both depend on.

Turning Technology Investment Into Measurable Growth

Victoria has spent her career building the infrastructure that growth quietly rests on. She led the design and launch of a $3M+ intelligence, enablement, and data management platform on Snowflake, creating the foundational capabilities that now support AI and advanced analytics across the firm. She increased net new assets by 10% by guiding the implementation of new technologies and the production of actionable insights across six global sales channels. During a major asset management acquisition, she directed the transfer and integration of all client data within two weeks.

Her approach to teams mirrors her approach to systems. Victoria founded the sales enablement function as a team of two and expanded its mandate to firmwide business and data enablement, growing the organization to eighteen across the United States and India along the way. She formalized the product owner discipline and owned business product owner teams for more than 15 applications including Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe Workfront, marketing automation, and intelligence tools. She drove a 40% increase in team productivity by pairing automation with agile ways of working and stronger collaboration between the business and technology.

Victoria Savio's Story

Victoria graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Economics and minors in Business and French and Francophone Studies, then began her career at Credit Suisse on the Asset Management Sales COO team. There she partnered with the global sales organization and oversaw a $1M initiative to implement and customize a CRM system for more than 150 salespeople worldwide. It was early exposure to a pattern she would spend the next decade addressing: strategy fails less often on ambition than on the systems and structures meant to carry it.

She joined Voya Investment Management in 2017 as an Institutional Sales Business Manager and advanced through five roles in seven years, from AVP to VP to SVP, expanding her remit at each step from sales operations to enablement to firmwide business and data enablement. Along the way she completed an executive leadership program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business with the Money Management Institute, holds the Series 7 and CFA Investment Foundations, and completed CAIA Fundamentals of Alternative Investments. She has served on a technology customer advisory board and remains active as Fundraising Chair for the Villanova Club of New York City.
